The long awaited post of this sweet girl is finally here! Lennon Ryan is the precious and much loved little girl to Ashley and Pat. I’m blessed to call them friends and to have been present for her first day home and to capture these sweet moments the first few days of her life. I just love that Ashley also included the blanket I made for Lennon in our session. I just love it! They are amazing parents already, I can’t wait to see what more is to come with this sweet family.

Congratulations you three! I look forward to watching all of you grow together. From my family to yours, we love you endlessly!

It’s hard to really explain in words that do justice for this session, but I’ll try. Our goal, based on the super sunny warm week we had, was to head to the mountains and capture some epic views and a killer sunset. What we drove up to was basically the opposite – patches of thick fog and mist, and while I felt momentarily disappointed that my vision wasn’t going to play out, we adapted quickly. Ashley and Patrick are expecting their first child, a girl, and the love and happiness emanating from them was incredible and beautiful. The mountain was moody and ever-changing; colors shifted, light came and went, and the fog rolled in and out, but rolling with it was half the fun!

I’m sure there are a ton of other great things I could say, but I’m going to let the images do the rest – thank you to the moon and back (Ashley + Pat), for not just being my friend, but for trusting me to be your photographer and walk along side you on this amazing journey. T minus two weeks until Lennon arrives!

Recently, Kate was selected as a brand rep for Sweet Letta Loo‘s adorable handmade hair accessories. Flowers are our love language, so it made perfect sense to combine our passions and show off all the cute things Abigail makes! I adore photographing my children, and my Kate is a tough little girly girl full of spunk and a fiery personality. We have one more piece to show off, so stay tuned for more fun, and to see what theme we come up with for the next one!
