There are so many incredibly special elements to this newborn session, including 8 day old Wyatt, who was the star of the day! From handmade blankets and art pieces to adorn his walls, a birthday book with handwritten notes, the most loving parents, and a little brother I’ve watched grow. It’s my favorite thing to see a family time and again, to feel more like friends than strangers and to be welcome and trusted with such precious moments of their lives. I’m never sure I can do full justice to how dramatically incredible newborns, weddings, and families are, but somehow, I seem to manage. And I love every single moment. I could soak in these times day after day and I’m not sure who is walking away with more, them or me.
From Kanaan’s devishly precious grin and energy I simply can’t get enough of, the boys’ very sweet big sister, the way Michael looks at Megan, and their two big dogs that make their house the best kind of home – I’ll be sad when it comes time for this family to make the long trek to Japan. An Army family that will get a one of a kind experience that I can’t wait to hear all about! I’m so thankful for the times I’ve spent with them so far. You can see their first and second family portraits. Kanaan’s 9 month portraits. And here today :). These milestones are really something.
I wish you the very best Tudor family :). Thank you for having me again!
Lovely portraits my girl. You are gifted.
