Prior to living in the PNW, I would have never known what a clam dig was, let alone what they looked like and how to cook them. Being married to an avid fisherman, all that has changed! I can get down to a good dig and make a mean clam chowder! I never imagined how much fun it could be. It’s an awesome family activity, especially when paired with camping with friends and a warm campfire. We truly enjoy this activity and loved sharing in experience with so many of our friends and family on a beautiful NW weekend.
