When Jenarae told me she was interested in a wedding guestbook, I couldn’t have been more excited! I LOVE creating albums for myself and for clients. The process is a rewarding one, but I’m always a tad hesitant to hit that SUBMIT button to complete the order. It’s so final! I never regret it though, and by the time the package arrives on my doorstep, I tear it open like its Christmas morning and immediately sift through the pages. I love the quality and feel of the paper, and creating an album that feels like a book. I approach every album design with a very timeless and simple design from beginning to end. Each book from me carries that same feel, I just love it.

For wedding books, the day of their engagement session is displayed throughout, with plenty of white space for guests to write their thoughts and well wishes. In fact, I made a book just like this one for my own wedding day. I still love to look through and read what everyone wrote to us, especially from my dad.

Now to get this sent off to the sweet couple! I am so excited for their summer wedding!

Katie

Katie’s bridal session kept going with more adventure and excitement packed into one day than most! It was an absolute dream to hang out with talented friends, hike, climb, and be a little daring despite the cold! I started with a little direction, and in no time at all, Katie was off on her own just flaunting her beauty and stunning handmade wedding dress! She really wanted her dress to POP, and being against the ice and snow really made it stand out – so all that was really her idea. I told her that if she was willing to do it, I was willing to shoot it. And so we did!

This is such a cool and creative idea for a shoot! Her dress is gorgeous and I love that its in such a unique location, you don’t see bridal shoots like this very often.

These photos POP! I mean…they are so striking but they are also beautiful images! Love the contrast from that dress to the environment! Great connecting with you via Blogging Babes on Facebook! http://www.GlamKaren.com Reply Cancel

One of the sweetest newborn sessions to date, but aren’t they all :). You can see the first part of sweet Addison’s photo session, HERE. We spent her seventh day capturing Addison with her parents, and remembering this incredibly beautiful time in their lives. We couldn’t quite call it quits yet, so I came back to capture just Addison before the newborn phase comes and goes. She is so precious. Thanks Luke and Cedes for giving me this precious opportunity. I love you to pieces!
